Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience in holistic health or wellness fields). Pre-requisites may be required for the Yoga Therapist & Functional Medicine & Nutrition Focus Areas. For all other focus areas, no specific background in health is required—just a commitment to deep learning and transformation.

• Standard Tuition: €997 per credit hour (36 credit hours = €36K total).

1. What is the difference between YTT200 and YTT300 Yoga Teacher Training (YTT)?

• YTT200 (Lisbon, Portugal – October 2025) is for those beginning their yoga teaching journey.
• YTT300 (Garraf, Spain – November 2025) is an advanced training that includes therapeutic applications, specialization tracks, and deepened studies. A YTT200 certification or bridge program is required for entry.

2. Are your retreats and immersions open to everyone?
Yes! Our retreats are designed for all experience levels, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned practitioner. Each retreat offers a unique blend of movement, meditation, and holistic healing practices.

3. What’s included in your trainings and retreats?
Each program varies, but most include expert-led instruction and immersive experiences designed for deep learning and personal growth. Some also include optional accommodations and meals. Travel costs are typically not included.
